We are searching for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and corporate events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs and budget
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Manage orders and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
- Keep up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into your designs
- Collaborate with other team members to create cohesive designs for larger events
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong design skills with the ability to create unique arrangements based on client preferences or themes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Russia

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia.
