IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and recommend solutions
- Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or changes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, software development processes, project management methodologies
- Experience with data security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects

Salary: $1500 per month.

Preferred nationality: Canadian or English-speaking.

Location: Jerusalem.
