Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Canada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and create topographic maps and plans for construction purposes. You will also be responsible for interpreting survey data and creating reports for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment, such as GPS devices, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and create accurate topographic maps
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for surveying services
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings, including boundary descriptions and legal documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan land development projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards while conducting surveys
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1300 per month
This position is suitable for men who possess the necessary qualifications and experience. Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.
