Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are functioning effectively. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments
- Train clients on the use of computer systems and software as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (Kiswahili is a plus)
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
