Job Title: Office Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Office Assistant, you will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and expense tracking
- Help with organizing company events or meetings
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
