We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining our products in retail stores and ensuring they are attractively displayed to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked with products, neatly arranged and priced correctly
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to secure optimal product placement
- Monitor inventory levels and report back on any stock shortages or excesses
- Conduct regular store visits to check product availability, placement, and expiration dates
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to enhance their selling abilities
- Negotiate shelf space and displays with store managers to increase product exposure
- Create eye-catching displays or point-of-sale materials to highlight promotions or new products

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and store staff
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or a similar role in the retail industry is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth through effective merchandising techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at retail stores
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. This may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Kuwait. However, candidates from other countries who meet the requirements are welcome to apply.
