Experienced Construction Manager for Part-Time Position in Kaunas



We are a construction company based in Kaunas and we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in managing construction projects and is looking for a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects
- Manage project timelines, resources, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in Lithuania is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas but remote work arrangements can be discussed for the right candidate.
