Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant located in Medina. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome individuals of all nationalities who possess strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, take orders and offer recommendations on food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure everything is to their liking
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping down tables and chairs
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
