IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and team management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that all systems, networks, and data are secure and in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Train employees on new systems or technologies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects from conception to implementation
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, and other relevant IT areas
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva but is open to foreigners who are fluent in English. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Sheduva.
