Senior Architect - Eschen, Canada

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in building codes, materials, and construction techniques will ensure that all projects are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will also mentor and supervise junior architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in architectural software. Salary: $1200 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Canadian work permit or ability to obtain one

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Canada
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- LEED accreditation
- Bilingual proficiency (English/French)
