Senior Architect - Eschen, Egypt


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Eschen, Egypt. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferences:
Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Valid architect license in Egypt
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
