Cruise Line Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Operations Coordinator in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian national, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cruises and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the cruise are running smoothly
- Manage guest check-ins and provide assistance throughout their stay on board
- Handle any guest complaints or issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and payments
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services for the cruise
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist with planning and executing onboard events and activities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities with relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or tourism industry, preferably within a cruise line company
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary: 1100$ per month.
