We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Concierge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various concierge duties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, events, transportation, etc. as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area at all times
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with local events, activities, and news to provide recommendations to guests

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- High attention to detail with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be physically fit as this role involves standing for long periods of time
