Customer Service Retail Sales Associate


We are a retail store located in Medina, seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their shopping needs. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain an organized and tidy sales floor
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service and sales
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary will be $1100 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Medina, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
