Supply Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process in order to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality products.
- Oversee the procurement process, from identifying needs to negotiating contracts.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Manage transportation logistics, including coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in supply chain management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (preferred).
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to establish strong partnerships with suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
