Junior Supply Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Junior Supply Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the supply chain process for our company. This includes sourcing materials, negotiating prices, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Source materials from vendors and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track purchase orders
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with logistics team
- Continuously analyze market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality products and timely delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management or purchasing role preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Jeddah. While we welcome all applicants, preference will be given to Indian nationals currently residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
