A reputable call center in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and proficient Call Center Representative to join our team. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with strong English speaking skills and proven experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about products and services, handle complaints, process orders, and appropriately escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by accurately addressing customer needs and concerns
- Keep records of all interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database
- Meet performance targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid residency in Jeddah
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
