Restaurant Manager


As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Sharjah. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant at all times
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Collaborate with the chef to design new menu items or make changes to existing ones
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to manage a team effectively and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven customer service skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs are welcome)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with possible bonuses based on performance.
