We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and report to upper management regularly
- Develop and promote new menu items or special promotions

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and management principles
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
