Office Assistant - Ajman, UAE
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing calendars and appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are required. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities; however, non-English speakers must have basic communication skills in either Arabic or Hindi.
