Executive Chef - El-Ain, Egypt
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, ordering supplies, managing staff, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that meet the needs and preferences of guests
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to high quality standards
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Train and manage kitchen staff members
- Ensure kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage budget and financial aspects of the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques
