Office Assistant for Indian Contract Job in El-Ain
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in El-Ain. This position is suitable for men and requires fluency in English. As an Indian national, you will feel right at home in our multicultural work environment.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in El-Ain.
