Indian Office Assistant in Doha
We are a rapidly growing company in Doha and we are seeking a dedicated and organized Indian Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, without accommodation. We also offer free visa and ticket for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the office staff
- Assisting with data entry, typing, and other clerical tasks
- Managing inventory of office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
