Sales Manager - Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through effective coaching and training.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets
- Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, support, and training
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and projections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management in the same industry (English speaking jobs)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred:
- Indian nationality (Jobs for Indians)
- Experience working in Lusail or other cities in Qatar (preference not required)
- Experience working without accommodation (preference not required)
- Experience working with students or in the education field (preference not required)
Salary: 1000$ per month.
