Head Baker


We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including creating and preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and supervising a team of bakers. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Develop new recipes and modify existing ones to meet customer preferences
- Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients and meet food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to maintain consistency in product quality
- Oversee daily operations including production schedules, baking times, and cleaning tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and food safety standards
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to lead and train other team members
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be fluent in English
