Building Surveyor


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the condition of buildings, as well as providing advice on construction and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and assess their condition, identifying any defects or issues
- Provide technical advice on construction methods and materials in accordance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports on your findings and recommendations for clients
- Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and regulations
- Investigate complaints or concerns related to building structures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient and safe construction practices
- Keep up-to-date with changes in building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Surveyor
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
1300$ per month
