Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom floral arrangements for clients based on their specifications
- Source high-quality flowers and materials from local markets or suppliers
- Ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper care for plants and tools
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Keep up-to-date with the latest floral trends and techniques to offer innovative designs to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Creative flair with an eye for detail to create visually appealing arrangements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
