Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. In this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining records. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong organizational skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an administrative role while working with a diverse team. As this is a part-time position, candidates must be able to work flexible hours. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates with their own accommodation in Al Ahmadi or the surrounding area. Biometric passport is required for this position. Students are welcome to apply as long as they can meet the job requirements and responsibilities. Salary for this position is $1400 per month.
