Administrative Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are hiring an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
