We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the head of our pastry department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry production and managing a team of pastry chefs. Your creativity and expertise in creating delicious pastries will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our menu and customer preferences
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and plating presentations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Oversee the production of pastries for daily service as well as special events or catering orders
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that incorporate both savory dishes and desserts

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentations
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of motivation among staff members
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of pastries without compromising quality standards
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation to create visually appealing desserts that taste delicious as well
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance at all times

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
- Certification from a recognized culinary school is highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
