Office Assistant - Jeddah (Malayalees Preferred)
We are in need of a dedicated and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent English communication skills and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position and accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the respective staff members
- Maintain office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
Location:
This job is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
