A reputable coffee shop in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, equipment, and utensils
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently
- Offer menu recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Ensure all food and drink items are properly stocked and rotated
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Tips are shared among staff members.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Education Requirements:
