Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Coach to join our team in Salalah. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized fitness plans for clients, conducting fitness assessments, and providing guidance and support to help clients reach their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design customized fitness plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and preferences
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and regular progress evaluations
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients improve their form, technique, and overall performance
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and new techniques in the field of personal training

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach preferred but not required
- Passion for health and wellness with a strong knowledge of exercise science principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create efficient workout plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong motivation skills to help clients stay focused on their goals
- Knowledge of proper nutrition principles
- Certification in personal training or related field is a plus
- CPR/AED certification preferred
