Instrument Technician (Foreigners Welcome)


We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Muscat, offering a salary of 1600$. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems. This job is suitable for both Canadians and foreigners looking to work in Oman.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments and control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings and functionality
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working with equipment

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and components
- Familiarity with different types of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills in English (no additional language requirement)
