Office Assistant - Muscat

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities with a valid visa to work in Muscat. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month and opportunities for growth within the company.
