Land Surveyor
A reputable construction company in Muscat is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a biometric passport.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations of boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features for construction projects. Your duties will include analyzing data and using specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations to measure and record accurate measurements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor. You must also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features for construction projects
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations to measure and record accurate measurements
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members regarding survey findings
- Ensure that all survey work is completed accurately and on time
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to use specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
