Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Nizwa. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, evaluating patient needs and developing individualized care plans. You will also administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license from the Ministry of Health in Oman
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and creating care plans based on their individual needs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results accurately
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and medications
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all interventions and medications given
