Merchandiser - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way to attract and retain customers. This role will require you to have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Plan and execute attractive product displays that appeal to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed appropriately
- Create visual merchandising plans for seasonal promotions and new product launches
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable pricing for products
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement in merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
