Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This position is suitable for men with Indian nationality who have their own visa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create effective sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Train and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business practices is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
