Administrator
We are in search of a competent Administrator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily office tasks, overseeing administrative support, and ensuring efficient operations. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations
- Manage administrative support staff
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email or in-person
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Organize meetings and appointments
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
- Assist with HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Previous experience working with Indian clientele is a plus
