We are hiring an entry-level Cashier to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer any questions they may have
- Scan items and process payments accurately using the cash register
- Count and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Provide excellent customer service by handling any complaints or inquiries promptly
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
