Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff in our healthcare facility located in Manama, Bahrain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of patient care by supervising the work of nurses and providing guidance and support to them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nurses to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
- Monitor patients’ progress and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Train new nursing staff and provide ongoing education for existing staff.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including documentation of medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the nursing staff.
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families promptly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license in Bahrain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion and professionalism.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Manama, Bahrain. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates from outside Bahrain.
