Registered Nurse - Manama, Bahrain

We are in search of a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in various medical procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patient's health condition
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educating patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all interventions and outcomes
- Assisting physicians during medical procedures and surgeries
- Adhering to infection control policies and procedures
- Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from the country of origin (if not Bahraini)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
- Compassionate nature with strong empathy towards patients' needs
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures
