Crane Operator

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects at construction sites or other locations. Your main duties will include inspecting equipment for safety, setting up and securing the crane before operation, and communicating with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes to lift and move materials according to project plans and instructions
- Inspect crane equipment before each shift and report any issues or malfunctions
- Set up the crane by attaching the appropriate rigging and weight distribution
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane
- Keep detailed records of daily activities including hours worked, materials moved, etc.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator
- Knowledge of different types of cranes (tower, mobile, overhead) and their capacities
- Ability to read project plans and instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination for operating controls
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with ground crew
