Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Manama. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the company
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle visa sponsorship requests for employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
This position is open to all nationalities, however, visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be able to work approximately 20 hours per week.
