Administrator - Manama, Bahrain
Our company is a leading organization in the construction industry and we are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing training sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the company
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of biometric passport processes is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation
- Biometric passport is mandatory
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
