Barista

A cafe in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista and be able to operate various coffee-making equipment with ease. In addition, the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and provide excellent customer service is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment
- Ensure that all drinks are made according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Ability to operate various coffee-making equipment with ease
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service

Salary:
$1100 per month

Freshers:
We welcome freshers who are passionate about coffee-making and willing to learn. Training will be provided.
