Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions on product ordering and placement
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product assortment
- Collaborate with store managers to create visually appealing displays that drive sales
- Train store staff on merchandising standards and provide guidance on best practices
- Participate in store visits to assess product placement, availability, and overall presentation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, including product placement, pricing strategies, and display design
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
