Caregiver - Urgent Job in Isa Town, Bahrain


We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or in assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments or social outings
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients to promote social interaction and mental well-being
- Report any changes in client's condition or behavior to supervisor or family members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in caregiving preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver for elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Compassionate and patient with excellent interpersonal skills
- Physically able to assist clients with mobility and perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
