Sales Manager (Vianden)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Vianden. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English preferred, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
